We stand behind the quality of our products. As we sell digital software licenses that are delivered instantly via email, all sales are considered final once the product key or digital license has been delivered to you.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, you are only entitled to cancel your order before the product key or digital license has been sent to your email address.

Once the digital license key has been delivered via email, the sale is final, and you no longer have the right to cancel the order. The deadline for cancelling an order is before the “Delivery Complete” confirmation is generated by our system.

Conditions for Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  2. Incorrect Product: You purchased the wrong product and have not revealed or used the license key. You must contact us immediately upon receipt.
  3. Technical Failure: The product key is invalid or defective, and all reasonable troubleshooting steps with our support team have failed to resolve the issue.

The following Goods are NOT eligible for a refund:

  • The supply of Goods for which the product key has been revealed, downloaded, or added to a user account.
  • The supply of Goods that have been partially used or activated.
  • Change of mind or finding a better price after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your system, if the system requirements were listed on the product page and your system does not meet them.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to install or use the software.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, we cannot process returns or offer credits for gifts. The gift giver should ensure the recipient wants and can use the software before completing the purchase.
